Terms of use
These terms explain using JustOurSpace, your responsibilities and your rights. Any additional terms that apply where you live are shown before purchase.
Adults only
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Some features need your separate permission, available usage capacity and a working service. Specific restrictions may apply where you live.
An AI companion, not professional care
JustOurSpace is an AI conversation and reflection companion. It is not therapy, a therapist, a medical device, a diagnosis service or an emergency service. It can misunderstand or make mistakes. Seek a qualified professional for medical or mental health decisions.
Urgent help
Choose your current country for relevant urgent help information, even if it differs from where you live. JustOurSpace does not monitor emergencies or contact emergency services for you. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.
Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for using the service lawfully. You retain control of your diary content. AI assisted text remains clearly labelled and is not saved as your words until you confirm it.
Healthy use
The product does not claim to be human and must not use guilt, emotional pressure or dependency tactics. It may encourage appropriate real world action and human support.
Plans and capacity
Paid Spaces provide the same core JOS experience with different levels of usage capacity. Regular Space and More Space renew monthly until cancelled. One-Time Space lasts 30 days without automatic renewal. Extra Space adds capacity until your current paid period ends and does not renew. The price, included capacity, expiry or renewal terms and cancellation information are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel monthly renewal in Plans & Billing; cancellation preserves access until the end of the paid period. Previously purchased allowances keep the terms agreed when you bought them.
Refunds and statutory rights
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the current paid period. JustOurSpace does not provide discretionary refunds simply because a member changes their mind after any applicable cooling off period, or for voice minutes or AI replies already used. This does not affect statutory rights, including applicable cooling off rights and remedies where the service is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. If a member asks JustOurSpace to begin during a statutory cooling off period, any amount retained or refunded is calculated under applicable law and the country specific terms shown before purchase.
Changes
If applicable terms materially change, the affected feature remains unavailable until the new version is reviewed and accepted.
