How your capacity works
Monthly Spaces renew automatically, with fresh capacity each billing period. Unused included capacity does not roll over. If you cancel, your Space stays available until the end of the paid period.
One-Time Space ends after 30 days and does not renew. If you use your voice or text capacity before your period ends, you can add Extra Space to an active paid Space. Monthly members can also wait for their next renewal. Your private Diary and saved history remain available.
