Can I delete my conversations or memories?
Yes. You can remove saved conversations and confirmed personal details, and use your account controls to request deletion or export. Turning off future saving does not delete existing chapters.
Manage each choice separately
Remove a Diary chapter when you no longer want to keep it. Edit or remove a People, Goals, Preferences & Growth detail to change what JOS may use in future conversations.
Deletion has a process
Deletion from active systems is separate from backup expiry and provider retention. Some service records may have other retention requirements. The Privacy Notice explains these distinctions and how to contact privacy support.
