How do I delete my JustOurSpace account or individual data?
You can permanently delete your JustOurSpace account and active space in the app, or delete individual Diary chapters and confirmed personal details while keeping your account. Some limited service records may be retained where required.
Delete your complete account and active data
Sign in to JustOurSpace, open My Space, select My data, then expand Delete your space. Choose Delete my space, type DELETE MY SPACE in the confirmation, and select Delete permanently. This deletes your account and removes active Diary entries, conversation sessions, profile details and preferences. You can also request account deletion by contacting privacy@justourspace.com if you cannot sign in; we verify your identity before acting.
Delete individual data or understand retention
To keep your account but remove content, delete a Diary chapter from My Diary, or edit or remove a confirmed People, Goals, Preferences & Growth detail in My Space. Turning off future saving does not erase chapters already saved. You can use My data to export your information before deleting it.
Deletion from active systems is separate from backup expiry and service-provider retention. Limited permission, payment and deletion evidence may be retained when legally required.
