Everyday wellbeing, at your own pace
Want an AI journal that talks back?
A traditional journal gives you a quiet place to write. An interactive journal adds the option of a response: a question, another perspective or a conversation about what you wrote. With JustOurSpace, write in your Private Journal or choose to discuss an entry with JOS by voice or text. Your Journal can stay quiet: an entry is not shared with JOS automatically.

Everyday reasons to return to your journal
- 01
You have written about a busy day and want help finding the one moment that is still on your mind.
- 02
Something went well, and you want to enjoy it or reflect on what made it meaningful.
- 03
Writing helped you begin a thought, and now you want to talk it through by voice.
A conversation, not a questionnaire
How does a journal that talks back work?
A useful place to begin: Private Journal and one continuing JOS conversation
What is the difference between an AI journal and a conversational journal?
- 01
Can I keep a journal without AI feedback? Yes. Write privately about what happened, how it felt and what you want to return to tomorrow. A regular moment can help you build a reflection routine; this is a suggested practice, not automatic habit tracking.
- 02
Can I talk instead of writing? Yes. Start a voice conversation, or choose Discuss this journal entry and send an entry when you want a response to that writing. Ask JOS to explore one moment, question an assumption or help you put a feeling into words.
- 03
Does JOS save conversations automatically? Text conversations are saved so you can return and continue. You can delete them from Saved conversations. Live voice saving remains your choice. Confirming details JOS may use across other conversations is separate.
